DUBAI // A new automated announcement service in 25 different languages has been launched at both of the emirate’s airports.
Dubai International Airport and Al Maktoum International at Dubai World Central have implemented the new technology.
The system standardises all boarding announcements with better voice quality, making it easier for passengers to get the information they need.
It was officially launched at Dubai International’s Concourse A in April and will be rolled out to all boarding gates across both airports by August.
