DUBAI// Veteran British DJs Pete Tong and Paul Oakenfold have been announced as among the headline acts at the Sandance music festival on New Year’s Eve.
Other stars making an appearance on the night include British R&B singer Emeli Sande and Swedish DJ Axwell.
