Some 3,500 Syrian refugee families in Lebanon have benefited from a massive humanitarian campaign launched by the Khalifa bin Zayed Foundation in Arsal, Lebanon.
The town in Baalbek district is facing a severe humanitarian situation as it hosts a large number of Syrian refugees.
Bakhit Al Khateri, media specialist at the Humanitarian and Development Attaché, UAE Embassy in Lebanon, said the humanitarian mission, which will last until April 17 is part of the UAE’s winter humanitarian response for the Syrian refugees in Lebanon.
