ABU DHABI // Street artists who mime, juggle and dance are coming to an Abu Dhabi food festival from November 6 to 8.
The Taste of Abu Dhabi for the first time is featuring street theatre, and will also include performers who unicycle, musical theatre and a light show.
Restaurants including Avasa, Rozanah, Angar, Blue Grill, Sho Cho, Flooka and Turqoiz are participating.
Other activities include live music, a chef’s theatre, themed bars, a cookery school and a VIP lounge.
Jenny Morris, Reza Mohammed and the Emirati baker Bader Al Awadhi are among the chefs participating.
There is also a Kids Zone with cooking for children, manicures and pedicures, slides and a bouncy castle.
The festival is at du Arena and runs from 4pm to 11pm on Thursday, noon to 11pm on Friday and noon to 10pm on Saturday. Tickets start at Dh65 and are available at www.tasteabudhabi.com.
