A tailor accused of sexual assault told a court on Wednesday the alleged victim had accused him out of anger at her order being delivered late.
The defendant, S, denied touching the woman inappropriately, the Abu Dhabi Court of Appeals heard.
“I am a tailor. She placed an order for some clothes, and she was upset because I was late to deliver her clothes, so she accused me.”
The case was adjourned until October 14.
