Six students were hurt in an accident in Fujairah on Monday after a car crashed into their university bus while they were on their way home.
The women were taken to hospital and five of them were discharged the same day. One woman remained overnight for observation.
Police said the accident happened at 6pm when a vehicle swerved unexpectedly and hit the bus on Al Sawda Road.
They called on motorists to be extra cautious when driving near school and university buses and to respect traffic laws.
