AJMAN // The Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme has announced the launch of a 729-unit residential complex.
It is the programme’s largest residential complex to date, said Dr Abdullah Al Belhaif Al Nuaimi, Minister of Infrastructure Development and chairman of the programme.
The complex will be built in Al Muntazi, Ajman at a total cost of Dh1 billion on an area of 950,000 square metres near Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Road. It includes 729 units divided between four models built for Emiratis in accordance with sustainability and security standards.
Some of the aims of the complex are to create a sustainable environment and a healthier lifestyle in a safe environment.
