ABU DHABI // Sheikh Zayed Bridge has been fitted with LED lights.
Eissa Al Mazrouei, acting executive director of Municipal Assets and Infrastructure Sector at the municipality, said the project was part of the civic body’s commitment to creating a sustainable environment for infrastructure and implementing the standards of sustainability and rationalisation of power consumption in line with Abu Dhabi Vision 2030.
The lights save up to 77 per cent more power compared to traditional bulbs.
