Sheikh Hamdan launches air competition

Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed, Crown Prince of Dubai and the Chairman of the Dubai Sports Council, has announced the establishment of a world championship for pilotless aircraft.

A total of US$1 million (Dh3.67m) will be on offer. Sheikh Hamdan made the announcement on his Twitter account, @HamdanMohammed.
