Six men are being questioned by prosecutors after burying a colleague, Al Dhaid Public Prosecution said.
The man who died while working was buried near a building site in Al Seyoukh, Sharjah, Yahya Murad Al Boloush, the director of prosecution said.
The man had been working illegally after being reported as a runaway five years ago by his sponsor.
Police were notified earlier this week about the body.
