Religious scholars are continuing to give classes and lectures in mosques and Ramadan majlises, after being invited to the country by the President.
They have come to the UAE to take part in Ramadan forums and talks as part of their programme for the holy month, which is supervised by the Ministry of Social Affairs in collaboration with the General Authority for Islamic Affairs and Awqaf.
Scholars have given more than 45 lectures across the country, focusing on a range of topics, namely children and fasting and the religious, behavioural, social and health benefits of fasting.
