Rain showers in UAE to bring cooler weather for the weekend

ABU DHABI // Water filled the streets of Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah on Thursday when light and medium rainfall hit the country.

Abu Dhabi and Dubai also experienced light rainfall.

More rain and a drop in temperatures is expected over the weekend, and seas will be rough, said forecasters from the National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology.
