The Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment has approved housing loans, grants and financial assistance for 1,017 Emiratis.
The MRHE approved 887 applications for residential plots, 118 for building loans, 8 for government housing, 3 for ready-built houses and 1 for government housing. However 12 applications were rejected 12 applications for failing to meet the conditions.
Sami Abdulla Gargash, CEO of MRHE, said that the approval of housing aid reflects the keenness of the leadership to provide a decent living standard for citizens, with the aim of ensuring a stable family life.
He said the establishment continues to study applications from registered citizens and update them ahead of referral to the relevant committees, which in turn submit them to the Board of Directors for approval.
The MRHE has informed those who were approved by text message.
