ABU DHABI // A man has been ordered to repay a quarter of a million dirhams to his business partner after failing to make good on a deal.
K G, a Palestinian, was given Dh250,000 by Emirati EJ, as an investment in a business that would purchase and sell caravans.
The court heard that K G, who did no attend the hearings, failed to invest the money or return any of the profits to the man.
It ruled that the contract be cancelled and the money returned.
