FUJAIRAH // A 40-year-old Filipino man was found dead on Tuesday on Al Rugaylat beach in Fujairah.
Police said on Thursday that a resident found the body.
After the resident contacted police, a rescue team rushed to the site and found that the man was dead.
An initial investigation indicated that the man died of drowning, but the general prosecutor has ordered further investigation.
The man worked at a company in Fujairah port.
