A livestock market has been opened in Baniyas for Ramadan.
The Abu Dhabi Farmers’ Services Centre market will allow the public and livestock breeders to buy and sell goats directly.
The first such market was launched at Al Dhafrah Festival.
“Our aim is to support livestock breeders in the emirate and give them the opportunity to sell their products to customers directly,” said the centre’s Ahmed Al Suwaidi.
The market, next to the central slaughterhouse in Baniyas, is open from 7am to 9pm daily.
