The death sentence for a driver who locked a man in his refrigerated truck before slitting his throat was upheld by a Dubai court yesterday.
That means the Bangladeshi MS, 23, has exhausted his legal options and will have to hope for clemency from President Sheikh Khalifa to avoid execution.
