Is it right for schools to delay reopening because of uncertainty over how to handle an outbreak of swine flu?

As thousands of students return to class after the summer holidays, at least three schools have delayed reopening because of uncertainty about how to deal with swine flu. Do you think it is a good idea that schools have delayed reopening due to the uncertainty over dealing with the outbreak of swine flu in the country? If so, why? What other measures can the government take in preventing the spread of swine flu?
