Children from slums like these in Gurgaon have begun attending Harmony House where they get to study, play and eat health food. The shelter, which opened in 2010, serves more than 200 underprivileged children.
With more and more children from nearby slums attending the shelter, it is now at full capacity with 250 children and more than 600 on the waiting list. It is trying to collect funds to expand its second site, which will serve another 200 children.
