Abdullah Bin Mohammed Belhaif Al Nuaimi, Minister of Public Works
Sheikh Hamdan Bin Mubarak Al Nahyan is now the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
Sheikha Lubna Bint Khalid Al Qasimi, the former Minister of Foreign Trade, moves to head a new department, the Ministry of Development and International Co-operation.
Suhail Bin Mohammed Al Mazroui is also a new cabinet minister, replacing Mohammed Al Hamli, as the Minister of Energy.

Dr Sultan Mohammad Al Jaber is another newcomer and will be the Minister of State Affairs.
Abdullah Mohammad Saeed Gobash is now the Minister of State Affairs.
