The National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology reported rain over Dubai, Al Ain, Fujairah and Ras Al Khaimah. In Abu Dhabi, the morning began with overcast skies but reports promise heavy rain later in the day, indicating that the wintry spell that began two weeks ago has not yet ended.
