Princess Haya of Jordan, Chairperson of the Nursing and Midwifery Council and Dubai Healthcare City Authority, chaired the council’s first meeting for 2015 on Sunday to review the council’s plans for the new year.
The wife of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice President and Ruler of Dubai, also followed up on the council’s directive to provide a positive working environment to nursing and midwifery staff to enable them to work under safe conditions.
Princess Haya also reviewed procedures taken to promote the professions of nursing and midwifery to attract UAE nationals.
