The UAE reported 1,545 new cases of Covid-19 on Saturday, with two further deaths and 1,480 recoveries.

The figures were released following 277,994 tests in the past 24 hours.

The latest report brings the total tally of coronavirus cases to 691,554.

Total deaths reached 1,971 and total recoveries stood at 668,554 on Saturday.
