The authority advised Emiratis to avoid travelling to the countries due to ongoing “security situations”.

MoFA took to its official Twitter account to spread the message.

“We warn Emiratis from travelling to Somalia, Afghanistan and South Sudan due to [the] security situation,” it said.

On Saturday, the ministry advised against travel to Liberia and regions of West Africa due to concerns about the spread of the Ebola virus.
