Sheikha Lubna bint Khalid Al Qasimi, Minister of International Cooperation and Development and president of Zayed University has congratulated the country’s leaders on Abu Dhabi being named Arab Environment Capital for 2015.
“Selecting Abu Dhabi for this honour would enhance the stature of Abu Dhabi in particular and the UAE in general as one of the most developed countries and communities in the preservation of the environment as well as for the application of the latest international standards in this regard,” the state news agency Wam reported Sheikha Lubna saying.
