AL AIN // Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, on Thursday offered his condolences to the family of Mohamed Nasser Al Dhaheri, who died when his military helicopter crashed during a routine flight over international waters.

During a visit to the mourning majlis in Al Bateen, Sheikh Mohammed said he took pride in the nation’s martyrs whose memories will be forever cherished by all Emiratis and their sacrifices perpetuated as glorious and honourable acts, reported state news agency Wam.

The Abu Dhabi Crown Prince was accompanied by Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed, Deputy Chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Council; Sheikh Khalifa bin Tahnoun, Director of the Office of Martyrs’ Families, Mohammed bin Nakhira Al Dhaheri, and Mohammed Al Mazrouei, Under-secretary of the Abu Dhabi Crown Prince Court.
