ABU DHABI // Government services should exceed the expectations of customers, said Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed.
The Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces underlined efficiency and excellence as the key components of government services in order to meet the needs of the people.
“There are plenty of simple factors, but they are important and essential in the delivery of services and have good impact on customers,” said Sheikh Mohammed, stressing that “our duty in this life is to serve the people and fulfil their aspirations”.
Sheikh Mohammed made the remarks while receiving staff from the Abu Dhabi Farmers’ Services Centre accompanied by Khalifa Mohammad Al Mazrouei, Under-Secretary of the Department of Municipal Affairs and Transport and Chairman of the Board of the Abu Dhabi Farmers’ Services Centre.
The Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi added that government sectors have the resources, support and capability to speed up the delivery of services in a manner that makes them compete with their counterparts in the private sector, reported Wam, the state news agency.
“Progress in the field of competition is clarity of vision, competence and dedication to achieve better results,” said Sheikh Mohammed.
