Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid receives Guinean president

DUBAI // Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid, Vice President and Ruler of Dubai, on Tuesday received Guinean president Alpha Conde at Zabeel Palace.

Mr Conde expressed hope that mutually beneficial private-sector partnerships would be created between the countries, particularly in minerals and agriculture. He said his country was looking forward to resuming Emirates airline flights between Dubai and Conakry. The flights were suspended in August last year because of the ebola outbreak in Guinea.

Mr Conde met Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces, and Khaldoon Al Mubarak, managing director of Mubadala, in the capital.
