More work needs to be done to support the rights of disabled people, according to the UAE’s Minister of International Cooperation and Development.
Lubna Al Qasimi said in a speech to the UN General Assembly on Wednesday that despite progress made by the UAE there was still more to be done.
She said a “global partnership” was needed to develop livelihoods for people with disabilities.
