The Emirates Diplomatic Academy has held a three-day course to teach communication skills and intercultural awareness to Emirati diplomats.
The first course under the academy’s executive education programme was held for executive-level diplomats stationed abroad.
“The session enabled the members of the diplomatic corps to gain insights on implementing the best practices when dealing with international issues,” said Mariam Al Mahmoud, director of executive education at the academy.
