Sheikh Khaled was joined at the site by Ahmed Al Kuttab, chairman of the Department of Government Support, which manages the programme, Ali Rashid Qannas Al Ketbi, former chairman of the DGS, and Amal Nasser Al Jabri, Director General of the HRA.
The project will support Emirati citizens by providing workshops and courses to prepare them to enter the labour market in Abu Dhabi.
Sheikh Khaled toured the state-of-the-art facilities and reviewed the services during his visit.
The launch follows a successful pilot initiative in which 7,450 citizens benefitted from 680 courses and workshops.
The pilot scheme also led to 1,650 Emiratis being matched to roles in high-priority sectors in the emirate.
The Mawaheb Talent Hub provides programmes including employment skills assessments, as well as job nomination support.
Sheikh Khaled has emphasised the importance of investing in the skills of Emiratis to boost the private and public sectors.
