Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi and Deputy Supreme Commander of the UAE Armed Forces, was given the First Ajman Order of Honour on Sunday.
Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council member and Ruler of Ajman, conferred the honour on Sheikh Mohammed in recognition of his efforts in serving the UAE and its citizens, according to state news agency, Wam.
The ceremony took place at the Ajman Ruler’s Court, in the presence of Sheikh Ammar bin Humaid Al Nuaimi, the Crown Prince of Ajman.
The rulers also discussed the initiatives and projects that are currently aiming to enhance the living standards of UAE citizens.
Also in attendance were Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Interior, Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Foreign Minister, Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Culture, Youth and Community Development, and other dignitaries and officials.
