Patches of mist and fog blanketed parts of the UAE this morning, beginning another hot and hazy day.
The National Centre of Meteorology (NCM) warned about mist over Al Shawamekh and Al Maktoum International Airport, as well as patches of fog over Madinat Zayed, on the Al Ain to Abu Dhabi Road and over Sweihan.
As the mist and fog clears, temperatures are expected to hit a high of 42C on the coast and up to 46C inland. Lows will range between 27C and 31C on the coast and 26C and 30C inland. Humidity will be high, reaching up to 90 per cent inland and 80 per cent on the coast.
Winds will be light to moderate, which will pick up at times, blowing dust.
Humidity will increase overnight into the early morning.
The sea will be slight to moderate in both the Arabian Gulf and Oman Sea.
