Motorists must be cautious on Tuesday because of low visibility caused by dusty and windy conditions, the weather bureau said.
In order to help avoid accidents in hazy weather, drivers should keep a safe distance from other cars and adhere to traffic regulations, said the National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology.
Clouds were expected to spread south by this afternoon, and wind is expected to kick up dust and sand inland, NCMS said.
Conditions at sea will also be rough, with regards to the Arabian Gulf and Oman Sea, especially during the morning and afternoon.
Temperature will remain on the higher side in coastal and inner areas, ranging from 46°C to 48°C. Humidity will also remain high, reaching a maximum of 80 per cent.
Conditions are expected to remain the same for the next few days.
