UAE weather: interior will see highest temperatures

Temperatures in Dubai could slip on Tuesday to 39°C while Abu Dhabi should reach 41°C.

Elsewhere, along the coast and islands the maximum is likely to be 42°C while inland is expected to hit 44°C.

Humidity along the coast and in the interior is forecast to be at 95 per cent.

The National Centre of Meteorology said fair weather would include some cloud in the afternoon.

There will be light to moderate winds, freshening at times during the day.

Conditions will be slight to moderate in the Arabian Gulf and in the Oman Sea.

Humidity will be felt at night and into Wednesday morning, with fog and mist forming over some coastal and internal areas.
