More than fifty national students from the Abu Dhabi Farmers Services Centre (ADFSC ) were honoured at a graduation ceremony as the company congratulated the ‘future leaders’ of the organization.
The ceremony acknowledged three separate groups of students; 16 students from the 2013 National Programme; 16 from 2014’s ‘Empowering Tomorrow’s Leaders’ class and 20 Mini MBA graduates.
“No organization can develop without developing their staff first. It’s a critical investment for the human resources division to allow ADFSC employees to improve their knowledge and hone their skills.” Najla Al Nahdi, training and talent management unit head, ADFSC. “This investment in the employees of ADFSC is part of a strategic plan focused on Emiratisation and working towards the 2030 vision of the Abu Dhabi.”
