ABU DHABI // Cloud cover is expected to increase across the country on Saturday and with it the chance of a few light rain showers.
The National Centre of Meteorology and Seismology said the skies will be partly cloudy over the next two days, after some light rain was felt in parts of the capital on Friday.
Winds will be moderate, freshening at times. The centre predicted northeasterly wind speeds of up to 35kph.
Humidity will increase during the night and early morning over inland areas, with levels forecast to reach a maximum of 90 per cent.
Temperatures will reach highs of 26°C to 32°C and lows of 14°C to 18°C inland, and highs of 23°C to 26°C and lows of 17°C and 21°C over the coast.
The lowest temperatures are expected to be recorded in Ajman and Ras Al Khaimah, at 17°C.
The sea conditions will be moderate over the Arabian Gulf and in the Oman Sea but may be rough at times. Waves could reach heights of five to seven feet in the Arabian Gulf, and four to five feet in the Oman Sea.
