RAS AL KHAIMAH // An Emirati woman was shot by her husband at their home in Ras Al Khaimah on Saturday.

The woman sustained multiple injuries but is in stable condition, RAK Police said. The husband and wife are both Emiratis in their forties.

Police had received on Saturday evening a report of a gunshot heard at a house in one of the areas in RAK, said Lt Gen Ali Al Nuaimi, commander-in-chief of RAK Police. Police did not specify which area.
