Ras Al Khaimah // Police airlifted an Emirati who sustained head injuries after a fall on rock loosened by rain in the mountains.
The Emirati, age 50, was returning from Friday prayers at a remote mosque in Asfay, an area near Wadi Asfini that is 60 km south of RAK city.
He remains in Al Dhaid hospital, police said on Sunday morning.
RAK Police reminded the public to take extra caution while walking in the mountains in winter after bad weather.
