Just 40 per cent are "good" or "outstanding." 47 per cent of male students fail grades. 21 per cent of male students drop out. 24 per cent of boys failed the 10th grade last year. 11 per cent of girls failed the 10th grade last year. 1 in every 10 Dubai schools is ranked "unsatisfactory."
