Ministry of Education staff take part in forum on teachers’ skills

ABU DHABI // Staff from the Ministry of Education have participated in a Forum on Teachers’ Skills in Jordan.

The forum was organised by the Queen Rania Academy for Teacher Training to provide teachers in the Arab World with modern educational strategies and teaching methods.

A delegation of 40 male and female teachers from the UAE was headed by Marwan Sawaleh, undersecretary for academic affairs at the ministry.

Before the forum, the attendees attended a two-day training session, where the teachers received training in specialised workshops in pedagogy, knowledge building, and organisation and the use of information technology in learning.
