ABU DHABI // The Emirates College of Technology has approved Dh8.6million for its annual scholarship budget, the state news agency Wam reported.
The cash will be split between diploma students (Dh2.4m) and undergraduate programmes (Dh6.2m).
The fund will provide 150 full scholarships for male freshmen students in the Bachelor of Science programme in accounting, banking and finance and Islamic banking and finance.
Scholarships will also be on offer for diploma programmes for the first semester of the next academic year. These will be available for both male and female students.
