Public school teachers in K-12 schools across Abu Dhabi, Al Ain and the Western Region are undergoing a five-day school-based professional development programme as part of Abu Dhabi Education Council’s mission to encourage schools to come up with individualised school improvement plans.
The training began on Sunday and will culminate with the school leadership team in each school developing an agenda that is based on the individual school’s needs and priorities
