A summer programme has been launched by Dubai Police to raise student awareness about a range of serious issues.
Awareness Ambassadors is being organised by the anti-narcotics department in cooperation with the community service department at Dubai Police.
The course runs until August 20, with 20 participants between 12 and 17 years old.
Col Eid Hareb, head of the anti-narcotics department, said this year’s programme would feature lectures and educational visits.
Social, health, cultural and volunteering topics will also be covered in the programme.
