Dubai auction raises more than Dh730,000 for Syrian refugees

DUBAI // More than Dh730,000 was raised at an auction in Dubai on Wednesday night for Syrian refugees.

The gala event was organised by the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees, Henley & Partners law firm the International Humanitarian City in Dubai.

“It is only natural for us to acknowledge the plight of millions of uprooted families who flee each day the horror of war,” said Christian Kalin, chairman of Henley & Partners.
