SHARJAH // Police have referred a bus conductor who has been accused of sexually molesting a seven-year-old Indian girl on a school bus to public prosecution.
A police spokesman said that the case was referred to prosecutors last week to help complete the investigations.
According to a police report, a parent of the seven-year-old child had complained to police after she allegedly found traces of assault to her.
The girl was examined in Al Qassimi hospital and a report of the hospital findings had been attached to the prosecutors report, he said.
