At first you might think this image is about shadows, but this moment – captured by staff photographer Jeffrey Biteng while on assignment at Dubai International Financial Centre – is an equally wonderful study in lines and angles. Once the viewer’s eye tunes in to the geometry, the contrast between light and dark almost becomes secondary.
