It's the simplicity of this picture, taken by staff photographer Jaime Puebla at DragonMart in Dubai, that draws me to it. The repeating patterns of lines of the building in the background are softened slightly by the wave of the bushes in the foreground. The figure walking past adds very little life but a nice sense of scale.
