One of Abu Dhabi’s largest expatriate community groups has donated AUD$10,000 (Dh31,863) to Médecins Sans Frontières.

Aussies Abroad, a social group based in Abu Dhabi aimed at promoting Australian culture in the UAE and maintaining cultural ties among its members, presented the cheque to MSF at the Viceroy Hotel in Yas Island recently.

“Médecins Sans Frontières is an international organization and they do fantastic work worldwide,” said Mohanned Hourani, President of Aussies Abroad. “We all are very respectful of the energy and effort these guys put through to make the world a better place.”
