Distribution operations to help feed thousands of people during Ramadan have been launched by Dubai Health Authority.
DHA is working with Dubai Charity Association to deliver more than 250 care packages, including staples like rice and cooking oil, to Hatta Hospital and a further 300 to Rashid Hospital.
The Beit Al Khair association and DHA staff have also sponsored thousands of Iftar meals, available in Dubai, Rashid and Latifa hospital.
This year the committee hopes to provide iftar meals to 18,000.
